Saturday the kids and I got out and went to the World War museum. It has a very large statue of Mother Ukraine. (I don't remember the whole story behind her)lots of tanks, lots of great statues and a little pond with a family of ducks in it.
After that we went to a playground and had a picnic. (It was a little odd not to have Brent around taking pictures.)
Right now is a good time to get around Kyiv because everyone is on vacation off to their dashas (village). Its still a crazy place to drive, regardless.
