We did a day of museums where we saw the National History Museum. It was huge so we really just picked several areas we knew the kids would like the dinosaur section and mammals section. All the kids loved this but it had to be one of Cody's favorite.
Then we went to the science museum and didn't get to stay too long but saw the flight section with all the airplanes and flight stuff.
Our last museum for the day was to the Madame Tussaud's wax museum. I remember it being really neat that all these statues were made of wax. However it was SO crowded that we could hardly move and I don't think any of us enjoyed it much!
