Hyrum's Eagle Scout Project

Hyrum completed his Eagle Scout project.  He did some landscaping around one of the modular classrooms at St. Philips College, the school he attended while in Alice Springs.
Before the Project

Clearing the Area

Digging the trenches for the dripper system

Installing the pipe

Laying down the weed barrier

Since some of the rock was being reused, it had to be sifted.

The plants,  Sturts Dessert Rose, Grevilla Winpara Gold, Westringa Wynnabie Gem, Melealuca Green Globe

Planting the plants
Red Laderite Layed Down

The Finished project
He had planned on installing paving stones on the right side of the building but he had to leave before he could start that.  In all it was almost 400 hours and he had a lot of volunteers from the scout troop and church.  Now he just needs to finish Camping and Communications merit badges and have his board of review.
