Day 2 from Hyrum's journal
We went to the step pyramids. We ate Egyptian mixed grill. We went to a museum. We went to the Christian part of Cairo.
Side note: The step pyramids were quite interesting and included an area called Saqquara. The museum had the giant statute of King Ramses and well as lots of other statues. The Christian part of Cairo we don't have pictures of but it is called the hanging church were Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus hid under ground when they were hiding from King Herod and fled to Egypt.
