We took a side trip to Devils Tower, South Dakota and Mount Rushmore. It was a really fun trip and we are really glad we did it. It was about a 7-8 hour drive?!? I'm not exactly sure as we took a lot of potty stops, photo breaks, etc.
The first day we saw Devil's Tower. I saw it once in high school so it was nice to see. Brent also liked all the red rocks so he took some pictures of those.
There was a huge field by Devil's Tower with a prairie dog town. The kids loved it.
All these trips to Cody, wyoming we've decided next time we are there we should go to Yellowstone and Jackson. Haven't done that yet after 10 years of being married and making trips to Wyoming!
