We got to Kyiv safely and it took us awhile to get use to the time change. We had great sponsors who helped us from day one though. We stayed in temporary housing for 3 weeks and then moved to our house we are in now. We really love the house and we'll post pictures later on. Our household stuff and boxes from Utah came soon after and now we are all settled.
Hyrum started 2nd grade and he really loves school. He is learning and loves his teacher (she is from UK) and his friends. 
They only thing we don't like is the bus ride home from school. Hyrum doesn't seem to mind as he has a friend on the bus and/or reads but I think it is a little too much (1 hour and more). I guess there is no way around that with traffic always terrible.
